2018 – 2025
Brad Swenson

Brad is the Co-founder and President of LouMin Holdings, LLC (“LouMin”). LouMin acquires high-quality multifamily properties in the broader Midwest markets. With a team of experienced professionals who love working in real estate, we will own, operate, and improve the property utilizing our existing partnerships with a disposition planned after the value has been added and the business plan has been executed.

Brad has a diverse background in Commercial Real Estate consisting of lending to all CRE segments, multifamily development, asset management, with his primary expertise in acquisitions in the multifamily industry. He most recently worked at a national family-owned company acquiring over 5,000 units during his 6 years with the firm. The majority of the acquisitions that Brad lead were acquired using agency loans with others utilizing bank facilities or HUD loan assumptions. In covering the central US markets, Brad knows the markets well and has been able to build strong relationships with owners and brokers across the country in markets where LouMin will be focused.

Brad is responsible for creating new investment opportunities for our partners by sourcing and analyzing new and existing real estate markets and underwriting potential property acquisitions. With each new acquisition, he leads the due diligence process, develops the business plan for the property, coordinates all efforts for closing, and plays an active role as the Asset Manager once the property is acquired.

Brad has been active in commercial real estate since 2014, with a focus on investment and development across the Midwest. He earned his degree from the University of St. Thomas and is based in Minneapolis, where he continues to build and manage commercial real estate projects.

Tom Kaiman

Tom Kaiman is the Co-Founder of LouMin Holdings and the Founder and President of Mia Rose Holdings, a real estate development firm he launched in 2014 and named after his daughter, Mia Rose. With more than 22 years of experience and a portfolio exceeding $2.5 billion, Tom has led the design, construction, and development of multifamily, mixed-use, and nonprofit sports facilities across St. Louis, Northwest Arkansas, Indianapolis, and North Texas.

Since founding Mia Rose, he has driven the development or acquisition of over $1 billion in real estate, including 19 multifamily communities and seven full-cycle exits. He oversees the firm’s growth strategy, development pipeline, investor relations, and banking. After 15 years of design and construction experience overseeing over $1 billion in development, Tom saw a need in the Missouri region to align resources and partnerships to support the growing needs of the community related to real estate development. He has an extensive track record developing construction projects across the United States ranging in size from $50,000 to $250,000,000 in diverse industries.

Tom earned his Civil Engineering degree Cum Laude from Michigan Technological University while playing Division I NCAA hockey. He later played professionally in the AHL and ECHL. His accolades include 30 Under 30, 40 Under 40, LEED accreditation, and membership in the Chi Epsilon Honor Society.

Today, Tom blends his passions for real estate and youth sports through community-driven projects, including nonprofit sports facilities. Whether developing housing or helping build the next generation of hockey talent, Tom brings vision, grit, and a deep commitment to impact.
