2018 – 2025
Brad Swenson

Brad is the Co-Founder and President of LouMin Holdings, where he leads the firm’s overall investment strategy and direction.

Brad has been active in commercial real estate since 2014, with experience spanning real estate lending, multifamily development, acquisitions, and asset management, with a primary focus on multifamily investing. Prior to founding LouMin, he spent six years with a national real estate investment firm, where he led the acquisition of more than 5,000 multifamily units across the central U.S. That experience provided Brad with a strong understanding of LouMin’s target markets and allowed him to build lasting relationships with owners, brokers, lenders, and other industry partners.

Today, Brad oversees LouMin’s investment activity from acquisition through disposition and remains actively involved in the firm’s investment decisions, capital and financing relationships, and portfolio strategy. He works closely with the LouMin team and its operating partners to execute each investment’s business plan and identify opportunities to create long-term value for investors.

Brad earned his degree from the University of St. Thomas and is based in Minneapolis.

Tom Kaiman

Tom is the Co-Founder of LouMin Holdings and Founder and President of Mia Rose Holdings, a real estate development firm he founded in 2014. With more than 22 years of experience in real estate, Tom brings an extensive background in development, design, and construction to LouMin and its investments.

Throughout his career, Tom has led more than $2.5 billion in real estate projects across the United States. Since founding Mia Rose, he has led more than $1 billion in development and acquisitions, including 19 multifamily communities and eight full-cycle exits. His experience spans multifamily and mixed-use developments, as well as community and nonprofit sports facilities, with individual projects ranging from $50,000 to $250 million.

As Co-Founder, Tom is a key member of LouMin’s leadership and is actively involved in the firm’s investment strategy, major investment decisions, and overall direction.

Tom earned his Civil Engineering degree Cum Laude from Michigan Technological University, where he played Division I NCAA hockey before going on to play professionally in the AHL and ECHL. His professional recognition includes 30 Under 30, 40 Under 40, LEED accreditation, and membership in the Chi Epsilon Honor Society.

Bryce Crowley

Bryce began investing in real estate while attending Minnesota State University, Mankato, and has since gained experience across a diverse range of multifamily investments, including market-rate, affordable, and student housing.

As VP of Acquisitions at LouMin, Bryce focuses on sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, underwriting potential acquisitions, and identifying new and existing markets for investment. He works closely with brokers, property owners, lenders, and other industry partners to build relationships and uncover opportunities that align with LouMin’s investment strategy. His involvement continues beyond the acquisition process, taking an active role in asset management and the execution of each property’s business plan.

With experience across the full investment lifecycle, Bryce brings a practical, investment-focused perspective to both acquisitions and asset management, with a focus on creating long-term value for LouMin and its investment partners.
